Stellar Potato Salad

3 pounds small new potatoes (skins on), cut to bite size

Boil in lightly salted water until tender

Remove from heat, rinse in cold water and drain

 

Meantime, in a large bowl mix:

8 green onion chopped or 1/2 white onion diced

1 Tablespoon chopped fresh chive

3/4 Tablespoon coarse black pepper

1 Tablespoon Hawkwind Heat

1 Tablespoon Hawkwind Clem's Hot Pepper Relish

2 Tablespoon Mayonnaise

 

Combine ingredients, lightly stir in potatoes, salt to taste and refrigerate.
