Hawkwind Hummus

 

1/2 bag chick peas (prepared) *or* 1 large can garbanzo beans

Place Beans in food processor

Add 1 Tablespoon minced garlic

1-1 1/2 Tablespoons Hawkwind Heat

1-2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

 

Chop until smooth. You can add olive oil or Hawkwing Heat to keep mixture moist.
