Florentine Appetizer Puffs


2 10-ounce packages of frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 Tablespoons minced onion
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups herbed seasoned croutons
3 Tablespoons melted butter
1 Tablespoon Hawkwind Heat

Lightly grease baking sheets.  Drain spinach.  Mix all ingredients, and shape into 1-inch balls.  Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
