Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets
1 jar of Clem's Hot Pepper Relish
1 jar Clem's Hot Pepper Mustard
1 jar Hawkwind Heat
Follow Puff Pastry directions for handling instructions.
Slice thin strips of puff pastry 3 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Wrap individual minidogs in a puff pastry strip in a spiral pattern. Place on ungrased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 400-degree oven for 10-12 minutes, watching carefully. Remove when light browning of pastry occurs.
Serve Dog En Coute accompanied by Hawkwind condiments. Place each condiment in a separate Ramekin size D serving dish.
