1 - 12 package fresh cranberries
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 tablespoons Clem's Hot Pepper Mustard
2 tablespoons Hawkwind Heat
Combine cranberries and sugar in sauce pan.
Over medium heat stir until sugar dissolves, continue to stir until cranberries begin to fall apart, about 5-8 minutes.
Cool completely.
Stir in the mustards.
Can be made several days ahead. This dish can be added to a piece of brie placed in a pyhllo cup for a wonderful appetizer.
