1 medium Head Cabbage shredded
1 cup celery chopped
1/3 cup onion chopped
1 cup green bell pepper chopped
In a large bowl combine:
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
5 Tablespoons Hawkwind Clem's Hot Pepper Relish
1 Tablespoon Hawkwind Heat
3 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoons celery seed
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 24 hours stirring 3 to 5 times. Will keep for a month, but will never last that long! Serve as a side or as a sandwich relish.
