This prepared yellow mustard is a Gold Medal Winner at the Napa Valley Mustard Competition. It is a perfectly balanced mustard infused with hot Hungarian peppers and spices.

Hawkwind Heat
This stoneground, Deli-Style mustard has great texture and is very colorful. It is a blend of three types of mustard seeds and four varieties of peppers for a staged explosion of flavor.

Clems Hot Pepper Relish
Our relish is a combination of Red Hot Peppers and sweet onions in a beautiful color contrast. This versatile product is wonderful on appetizers, sandwiches, eggs, as an option to tomato based salsa, or as primary ingredient in sauces or soups.
