Mustard Salad Dressing

1 egg

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

Fresh coarse ground black pepper to taste

3/4 cup olive oil

1 large clove garlic

2 Tablespoons either Hawkwind Heat or Clem's Hot Pepper Mustard

1 Tablespoon fresh parsley

 

Place all ingredients in processor fitted with steel blade. Process for 60 seconds. Makes 1/3 cup.
