It is a blend of three types of mustard seed and five varieties of peppers for a staged explosion of multidimensional bold flavors that finishes with a wave of heat.	Clem's Hot Pepper Relish: Our relish is a combination of Red Peppers and Sweet Onions in a beautiful color contrast. It is a cosmic marriage of sweet and medium heat.
